  • Custom orders are subject to specific agreements on design, pricing, and lead times.
4. Orders & Minimums
  • The Minimum Order Value (MOV) is $300.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated/ local currency) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs.
  • Payments must be made via approved payment gateways. We do not store payment card details.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country.
6. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship worldwide with trusted logistics partners (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  • Standard lead time for bulk orders is 6 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns & Cancellations
  • Due to the custom and B2B nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Defect or discrepancy claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
  • Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All content, product designs, images, and text on the Sourvia website are the property of Sourvia.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
9. Sustainability & Compliance
  • Our manufacturing facility is SEDEX audited and RJC certified, ensuring sustainable and ethical practices.
  • By sourcing from us, you acknowledge our commitment to responsible business operations.
10. Limitation of Liability
  • Sourvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
