Returns & Refund Policy

At Sourvia, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery, packaging, and store essentials. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Since most of our products are made-to-order and customized, we follow a specific returns and refund policy as outlined below.

1. General Policy
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, overstock, or incorrect ordering.
  • Returns and refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items supplied by Sourvia.
  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect, damage, or error must be submitted to our support team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized products (specific plating, stones, branding, packaging with logo, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Sample orders are non-refundable.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, or storage are not eligible.
4. Process for Returns
  • Contact our support team at info@sourvia.com within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide order details and supporting photos/videos.
  • Our team will review the claim and confirm eligibility.
  • If approved, we will arrange return instructions or offer a replacement/refund as applicable.
5. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds may be partial in cases where only part of an order is defective.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
6. Replacements
  • Wherever possible, we will provide a replacement for defective or incorrect items instead of a refund.
  • Replacement lead times may be the same as standard production timelines (up to 6 weeks).
7. Damaged Shipments
  • If a shipment is received damaged, please raise a claim immediately with both the carrier and Sourvia.
  • Customers are encouraged to opt for shipping insurance for high-value orders.
