- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.
- Customizations (plating, stones, branding, packaging) may extend production timelines.
2. Production & Dispatch Timelines
- Standard production and dispatch lead time is 6 weeks for bulk/customized orders.
- Smaller or standard catalogue orders may dispatch sooner depending on availability.
- Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and material sourcing.
3. Shipping Methods
- We partner with trusted international logistics providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex) for global delivery.
- Customers may also arrange pickup via their preferred freight forwarder by prior arrangement.
- All shipments are trackable; tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
- It usually takes 4-7 business days for the shipment to be delivered once dispatched.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and order size.
- Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, or other import taxes levied by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
- Sourvia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Risk & Insurance
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
- Customers may request insurance coverage at an additional cost, to be arranged prior to dispatch.

While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, Sourvia is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. Sourvia is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
